Udaykiran's Lakshmi Putrudu :Telugu actor Udaykiran is getting decent hits in telugu and also done a tamil movie with director Balachander, and now doing some tamil films. His forthcoming tollywood movie is "Lakshmi Putrudu" with Diya in the lead. The film is directed by Rajkapoor. The audio songs of Lakshmi Putrudu has been released here in Hyderabad on September 2nd. Andhra state minister Damodara Reddy launched the audio and the first cassette has been received by Thammareddy Bharadwaja. Audio CDs has been released by TB and Mallikarjuna received the first copy. Tollywood film stars attended the audio release function, some of them : Brahmanandam, Music director D.Imaan, Shakeela, Ashokkumar, Ankitha, Kandikonda and others. The film will be released soon.
Nagarjuna's Don on December :Nagarjuna and glamorous actress Anushka playing the lead roles in Telugu "Don". As per Director Raghava Lawrence who directs this movie, there is no relation between the Hindi movie "Don" and his Telugu one. Only the title is same, story and screenplay will be different. The audio of the movie has been scheduled to release on August 29th, but due to various reasons it has been postponed to November. The film would reach theatres by the 3rd week of December. The audio launch will be held in Vizag. Raghavan Lawrence is making his debut as music director through this movie "Don".

Sneha's new film :Sneha the tamil and telugu actress is ready with her next movie in Telugu. The hero is Raja and the film is directed and produced by veteran Telugu artiste Giribabu. The Pooja of the film went on well at Anand Gardens Hyderabad. Dr. Mohan babu, Murali mohan and other film personalities of tollywood graced the function. Actor Gummadi switched on the camera and mohan babu clapped. Giribabu is the story screenplay and director of this movie The film is not yet titled. Sneha and Raja play the lead roles.

Salute Vishal :Vishal who is giving continuous hits in Tamil industry is now focusing telugu too. Is first direct debut film in Telugu is Salute. GK Film Corporation producing the film which is directed by Director Rajashekar. Vishal plays as a police officer. Kannada super star Upendra plays a key role in this movie. Srikanth's Yamagola on August 14th :Yamagola Mallimodalaindhi the comedy entertainer by Srikanth and Meera Jasmine will hit the screens on August 14th. The audio of the movie was already released. The audio release function was held on 24th at RNR auditorium. K.Raghavendra Rao released the audio and VV Vinayak received the first cassette. Frames Entertainments a new banner is the producer of this film. Srinivasa Reddy directed the movie Yamagola. Jeevan Thomas scored the music. Cast includes Venu, Reema Sen, Sathyanarayana and others.
Welcome Monica : HyderabadMonica bedi who spent 5 years behind bars in India and Portugal is now free after getting her bail and she is interested to return to films as she was getting lot of offers. Tollywood actor Mohan Babu to launch political party : Popular ( Tollywood ) Telugu actor Mohan Babu, who completed 30 years in his film career , announced he would launch his own political party. Mohan babu was expelled from Telugu Desam Party ( TDP) by Chandrababu Naidu in 1998 when he raised the banner of revolt for being denied another term as member of the Rajya Sabha. Mohan babu, acted in more than 500 films and he is the president of Movie Artist Association ( MAA ) and runs some social service organisations. He got his first break as an actor in 1975 with "Swargam Narakam" produced by Dasari Narayana Rao. His greatest hits include "Assembly Rowdy", "Kondaveeti Simham", "Major Chandrakanth" and "Peda Rayudu". He has also produced 44 films. Mohan Babu's sons, Vishnu and Manoj, have recently started making waves on the screen.
